Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There are two delivery methods. Standard and Express Delivery. In Standard delivery, customers will receive the products in 24 hours and will be charged BDT 49 and in Express delivery, the product will arrive in 12 hours and the customer will be charged BDT 99.

Special products like Seasonal Fruits and Farm Fresh Raw Milk or Products on Request will take up to 4 business days to deliver.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

During the Checkout, you can select whether the product is a gift and needs to be shipped in different address or not. Also, you can add notes with the order in case of any instructions.

Some products are also gift wrap able on request. BDT 20 will be charged in such cases.

Digital Products like Membership Cards are not giftable.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Now sit back and relax. Your order is processing, and you will be notified in almost every step of ours.

We might give you a call to confirm your order as well in your given number. After getting the confirmation, you will receive your product on time.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Surely yes if the product is available in the country and market. Also, in case you want to request a product which is not listed in our store you can surely fillip our REQUEST A PRODUCT form with necessary information. We will try our best to source the product and inform your right of way so you can order.

Also, if any product is out of stock in our store, you can add that product in Waitlist which will let us know about your need.

How does the store Point works?

Every time you purchase a product, Gol Aloo will provide you with store points. For example, if you purchase a product that will cost you BDT 100, it will give you 1% Point of that BDT 100 which is 1 point.

3 point are equivalent to BDT 1 and the maximum Redeemable point in one order is BDT 500.

Points can be earned by Reviewing a purchased product. Your honest and proper feedback on each purchased product will let us know about the quality and will create the scope for us to improve.

How do the coupons work and how to get one?

Coupon codes are mostly receivable through our campaigns or spin the wheel activities and will grant you discounts or buy one get one offer. Most coupons will have a minimum or maximum discount threshold which will be mentioned on the coupon. Most coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons and on sale products.

Some coupons will provide you with store credits that can be used during checkout and there will be no barriers in using those. These store credits can be received by purchasing Memberships.

Where can I view my order invoice?

You will receive an invoice in your email address or also can download it from the “My Account” section on our website.

Our delivery person will also carry a hard copy with him/her to hand over to the customer if the customer wants.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have to receive products by checking them properly. If you receive any damaged product, make sure you inform that to our delivery person so that he/she can help you immediately. Otherwise, your returns won’t be counted.

For special products like milk, eggs, and fruits, you will have 3 days to inform us to submit a return request.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

If you have paid the billed amount through any of the Mobile Banking Methods then the amount will be returned through the same process.

In case of cash on delivery, it will be difficult for us to return in the same method so we will initiate the refund through the Mobile Banking or also we can provide a coupon with the same amount of store credit.

How can I return an item?

In such cases, our nearest delivery person will go and grab the products that you want to return. We will make sure to make this happen as early as possible as we understand your inconvenience while keeping this at your place for longer.

How does Membership works?

Purchasing a membership access grants you with several perks and advantages. Members are always prioritized on delivery methods and also get other benefits. Currently, we are offering two categories of membership, Gold, and Diamond.

Gold Membership can be earned by purchasing BDT 3000 worth membership card. After purchasing, BDT 2800 will be given back to you as Store Credit Coupon which can be used anytime during shopping with us. The whole credit or the partial amount can be used at checkout. The Store Credit coupon will be valid for 2 months from the purchase date.

Perk and Duration of Gold Membership: Members of the Gold category will enjoy a 3% flat discount on all the products which are available on our website for 2 Months.

Diamond Membership can be earned by purchasing BDT 5000 worth membership card. After purchasing, BDT 4600 will be given back to you as Store Credit Coupon which can be used anytime during shopping with us. The whole credit or the partial amount can be used at checkout. The Store Credit coupon will be valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

Perk and Duration of Diamond Membership: Members of the Diamond category will enjoy a 5% flat discount on all the products which are available on our website for 3 Months.
